                              RESOLUTION NO. 21735
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO A RENTAL CONTRACT 
                 WITH WATERLINK, INC./HYCOR CORPORATION, 
                 RELATIVE TO PILOT STUDIES FOR SLUDGE DEWATERING 
                 AND THICKENING AT THE MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER 
                 TREATMENT PLANT, FOR TWO (2) WEEKS RENTAL AT AN 
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE 
                 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of Public Works be 
       and is hereby authorized to enter into a Rental Contract with 
       Waterlink, Inc./Hycor Corporation, relative to Pilot Studies for 
       Sludge Dewatering and Thickening at the Moccasin Bend Wastewater 
       Treatment Plant, for two weeks rental at an amount not to exceed 
       $7,500.00.
